What makes our Pasta different?

We use only Freshly Milled, Organic Heritage Grain Durum in our Pasta. 
NO EGGS OR OILS, just durum + h2o.
It makes our pasta:
~Easier to Digest
~High in Protein
~Low Glycemic Index

As for our Flavored Pasta, we use only Organic Fruits & Veggies that bring flavor & playful colors, prioritizing local ingredients.

All our pastas are hand cut with the help of bronze-dies, which give a coarser texture that makes sauces cling better!
