Ingredients
1 head of Romaine
Caesar salad dressing
2 chicken breast
2 nest Lemon Pepper Tagliatelle
About 2 tsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
1 shallot in slices
Directions
Get your grilled ready.
Cut your head of lettuce in half and marinate for about 30 min in your favorite Caesar dressing, making sure to get it in all its crevices. Cook on high heat until nicely charred.
Start your pasta water.
Season chicken breasts with lemon juice, a little olive oil, salt + pepper. Sear on grill, cover and let smoke for about 10min. Let them rest in separate tray.
Drop 2 nest of Lemon Pepper Tagliatelle in pasta water. While that cooks, slice 1 shallot in thin slivers and sauté in separate pan with a splash of olive oil.
Once pasta is al dente, add to sautéed shallot pan with 1 tsp of butter and a splash of pasta water.
Reduce until it starts glistening, finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
