Ingredients
- 1tsp dried cumin
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, sloced
- 1-1/2 cup tomato sauce
- Onion & Garlic to taste
- 1 bag MADDPASTA Orecchiette
- 1Tbsp Hess Street Foods Abuela's Chorizo Paste
- Chicken broth to taste (we used about 3 1/2 cups)
- Cilantro, Avocado, Sour Cream, Queso Fresco (OPTIONAL GARNISH)
Directions
1) Toast cumin in pan until floral, set aside.
In non-stick pan heat oil and fry onion & garlic, then give your Orecchiette a little fry.
2) Add toasted cumin to pot, as well as
Hess’ Chorizo Paste & tomato sauce, reduce to develop flavor.
3)Add chicken broth and let it all simmer and thicken.
4)Serve and garnish with Sour Cream (Hondureña works really well since it has extra acidity)+ Cilantro & Avocado.
